Specialty coffee is the highest quality grade of coffee in the world. It is awarded only to coffee that scores more than 80 points on a professional 100-point scale. Such coffee ensures top quality at every step – from cultivation and harvesting to roasting and preparation.
Specialty coffee production begins on small farms, often at high altitudes, where farmers take special care to nurture each plant. The beans are hand-picked and sold for a fair premium to coffee merchants or directly to roasters.
Roasters then create profiles that highlight the natural flavors and aromas of each region, and baristas prepare it with precision that allows its authenticity and character to shine in each cup.

Our story begins with good coffee and the people who make it. We select only quality beans from boutique plantations and process each lot with complete attention.
We roast our coffee in Slovenia by hand, in small batches, to keep it fresh and full of flavor. We then grind it to your taste and package it with your logo or in fully biodegradable capsules that do not burden the environment and are compatible with Nespresso machines.
